This gorgeously stylish old fisherman's cottage is located just 100 yards from the harbour and nestled in the most delightful Jolly Sailor Yard, which is part of the East Quay in Wells-next-the-Sea. Lovingly and stylishly renovated to a high standard by the owners, this little bolthole features lime-washed beams, curved walls, old floorboards and finger latch doors. With Farrow & Ball colours throughout, this beautiful cottage is everything you would expect from a seaside retreat!

Ideal for couples, this beach retreat will capture your heart. Snuggle down with your loved one in front of the wood burning stove in the winter months and catch a view of the sea from the upstairs windows. You are just a stone's throw from enjoying a cup of tea or glass of wine on the East Quay with one of the best views in Norfolk.
